LET US COOK FOR YOU MENUS

A&S Culinary Concepts is a culinary studio located in beautiful Johns Creek, Georgia.

In our five years in business, we have become known for our corporate catering, corporate team building, Big Green Egg Boot Camps and private group events. WE LOVE TO COOK.

Due to the recent troubles the world over, we have had to adapt to continue to provide delicious food, now available for curbside delivery from Monday through Friday. This is a temporary business adaptation as we look forward to the day that we can once again serve our treasured corporate clients. So get it while you can!

Each oven-ready meal will feed 4-6 people with an entrée, salad, and your choice of two side dishes.  Rolls & delicious cornbread and fabulous desserts are available as add-ons. 

Pricing is on each day's menu. Simple heating instructions will be sent with your order confirmation.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Please email your order to orders@asculinaryconcepts.com or call us at 678.336.9196 to place your order. Include your name, email address, phone number, day and time of pickup (between 2 & 5 pm), and your order:  1 salad, 1 entree, 2 side dishes and your optional add-on items (rolls/delicious cornbread and fab desserts).  

We will email you an order confirmation as soon as possible. Please let us know if you haven't received your confirmation by 9AM on your meal pickup day. Your invoice will be sent on the day of pickup. Pay securely online or bring cash or check at pickup.

  •  Orders must be placed by 9AM for that day. Orders placed in advance are greatly appreciated.
  •  Our address is 9945 Jones Bridge Road, Suite 303, in beautiful Johns Creek, Georgia.
  •  We have a sign out front with our number so you can call to let us know you are here for pickup.

This is the Class for the Grilling Novice or the "Grilling Master". Join us as we prepare our dinner right from the grill.
From grilling the salad to dessert off the Egg. How about Preparing Dry Aged NY's, Jumbo Shrimp, Black Sea Bass and Lamb racks. The meal is not complete without side dishes. Creamed spinach to Grilled corn on the cob.
A meal like this is not complete unless you can share with that special someone, so have them meet you at 6:00 for Dinner.

Location: A&S Culinary Studio

We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP!

We'll fire up the Big Green Eggs.

We will be preparing and smoking Brisket, Boneless Pork Butt, Saint Louis Ribs and whole Chicken.

Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the Chefs.

This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon.

Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese, and various delicious roasted vegetables. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs.

Set up for our dinner guests (each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00). At 6:00 everything will be taken off the fire and prepared to be served.

Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.

Each person will leave with recipes of everything prepared for the day!
